gratitude

I believe in saying thanks as many times in a day as I could. Today I am thankful to God for giving me the opportunity to let me come in his world and see it's beauty, and given me many many blessings and also given me the courage and determination to acknowledge them and use them.

Yoga

A great way to meditate is through yoga. I do yoga every other day. Not only yoga keeps you fit, it also teaches how to breathe which a lot of people like me when they are exercising forget or don't know properly. I personally don't think yoga is a exercise, I think its teaches more of how to live your life happily.
