A great way to meditate is through yoga. I do yoga every other day. Not only yoga keeps you fit, it also teaches how to breathe which a lot of people like me when they are exercising forget or don't know properly. I personally don't think yoga is a exercise, I think its teaches more of how to live your life happily.

  1. I, too, enjoy Yoga very much, but haven't done it in a while. Need to find a yoga studio around here; it does the mind well.
